Is there a limit on how many papers, blunt cones, and unused pipes can you bring in your check in luggage?

im currently in the Philippines where i have access to a near unlimited amount of rolling papers and blunt cones these contain no weed or tobacco and i have bought a few small pipes that i haven't used so they contain no THC residue and im going back to the us i was wondering how many can i bring back without getting hled by any tsa people oh and i have two pipes
