Help me to make my t-shirt Hott!!! (10 points)?

okay so i have this elmo t shirt that has peace signs on it and hearts (5 year oldish). I want to do something to make it look hot or punk or anything other than a baby shirt. Pretty Please HELP ME!!! i have trip pants and converse a belts etc... no sewing though if necessary.
