Would it be possible to obtain an ociates degree and a bachelor's?

I was wondering if i can get an ociates degree in nursing at a community college and then transfer to a UC to study business management while working as a liscenced vocational nurse at a doctor's clinic or nursing home. I want to get a 4 year degree in management aswell. would it be possible to achieve this in a 4 year span? Does anyone have experience from this? And also when i ask if this is possible i want to know if i can take transfer credit cles along with my AA degree cles. thank you for your help I'd very much appreciate it.
