well you said " at 3 he bbmed me". What do you mean BBMED? I am not sure what that means. But anyway, he could be flirting with you but the odd part is that he asked you to send a video. I wouldn't do that if I were you unless you feel ok with it because he can send it to anyone he knows and who knows where it may end up.
