2000 d16y8 motor into 97 civic dx hatch HELP ME?

yes u can drive it home however you might feel bogging since u need the sohc vtec ecu the feller ^^^^^^^^ is right ur gonna have to get dizzy for that y8 motor also an ecu....use ur existing harness which is wayyyy easier then switch'n one out just add ur wires ......good luck
