Transferring from community college to university?

i will be starting CC january at 20 years old just turned 20. I know i can maintain a high GPA, possibly get into the honors society but there is literally like no good clubs at my CC. I want to transfer to a top 50 business school and double major in finance/international business. I want to study abroad in france or Russia im learning french at school and relearning Russian at home(natuve lanugage but i forgot it) but still have the tounge for it. I want a good paying career in finance. like investment banking corperate finance hedge funds proprietary trading or trading of anysort. I was looking at depaul, syracuse,miami U, boston, aand university of PITT as a last resort. Can i make this happen if i maintain a high GPA lets say 3.5 or higher? i got my GED and dropped out my senior year in high school because my GPA just wasent good enough.
