Was it a big deal waking my daughter from her nap?

and just going the way she was dressed? My daughter is 3 1/2 yrs old (4 in January) and is potty trained but she wears diapers for nap times and at night to prevent messes when she has accidents (She wakes up wet almost every morning and wet about half the time from her nap). Wednesday night my husband was working on stuff from work and was up very late. When he woke up yesterday he raced out of the door to get to work. Well he left some papers behind that he needed. He called me about 10am asking if I saw the papers in our office on the desk and I said yes they are here at home. He needed the papers immediately because his boss and he needed to go over the project and frantically asking me to bring them to him and he would meet me in his parking lot. He was frazzled which made me frazzled so I basically scooped up my daughter waking her up and told her we needed to go see daddy. I was already dressed but she was just in a tee shirt and a diaper and I put her elmo slippers on her feet. Since she is potty trained during the day she is only in diapers for naps, not when we go out but I didn't think to change her out of the diaper. Well 5 minutes down the road she says mommy I have to go potty. I am trying to get my husband his papers which is about a 40 minute round trip back to the house and I know there is no way she can hold it so I told her to just use her diaper. I felt really bad, it took a long time to potty train her and now I'm telling her to go potty in diapers. We finally got to the parking lot where my husband was waiting and I gave him the papers and he poked his head in the window to say high to Shelby and gave me a funny look since she was diapered. I said I had to wake her up from her nap and hurry up and get her so I didn't have time to take her out of her diaper he said oh okay so he didn't think it was a big deal. On the way home I needed a few grocery items and since we p by the store I went ahead and stopped in and it took about 15 minutes to get the few items. When we got home I told her we can get her out of the wet diaper she was in and usually like when she wakes up from her nap, she comes right to me to get changed back into panties. She went right back to her room and started playing and didn't take any notice of being in a wet diaper. I walked in and said lets get that diaper off and into some big girl panties. She hesitated and took her sweet time to get changed which she has never done before. Today she did the same thing, instead of coming to me after she woke up from her nap so I can take her wet diaper off, she got up and was playing. She was probably awake for about 40 mintues and never told me to change her and when I told her let get her big girl panties on again, she said okay but kept on playing until I mader her come to me so I could get her out of the diaper. Do you think she will start regressing now just because I had her in a diaper for about an hour? I did'nt think it was a big deal to leaver in a diaper for an hour since we had to race around. She has not had any accidents during the day, she just doesn't want to take the diaper off when before yesterday she did. Am I over reacting?
