I just found out sunday i was pregnent but not sure how far i am think just a few weeks?

tuesday I had little bleeding it was brownish but was very little didn't have to use a pad or anything then few hours later it was red but again ery little and did'int have to use a pad or anything But i went to the Er to get checked and my cervix is closed and my pee test said i was not pregnant i though that was funny cause my test i took sunday said pregnant. it was a clear blue test. then my blood test came back positive but they said my hormone levels were low that they could been high but then dropped i don't no how low they told me I could have are ready m/c but they were just say they did not say that was the case then he said that my hormone levels could go back up i am to get checked again friday and today wesday i have not had no bleeding just little brownish but it not coming out at all I know it there cause i used some paper and checked to see if there was any. I trying to find out if i did have a m/c wouldint I have had heavy bleeding or but period would have started bee flowing? they didn't do a sonogram see if there was a sack or anything I dont no why yet unless it just too early for that
