I injured my ACL and want to continue some basketball drills throughout my rehab. Know of any?

None that I can think of. That kind of injury you should be in a chair to practise your freethrows. Practise your plays on paper. Let that ACL heel before attempting any drills, don't think it will allow you to participate in any drills as it is.
