Animal farm help?

ok well it's quite simple. this may be a little evil ruler-ish. Napoleon took the NINE puppies away from jessie and bluebell as to turn them into his own "youth-league-army" type idea, as you will understand if you've read further. In actual fact, Napoleon is regarded as a dictator who claims to have the rest of the animals best interest in mind, even though he uses the NINE puppy army to rid the farm of Snowball (The semi-goodguy.) Now, generally all evil dictators only stay in power if they have resources at hand. If the people are scared of the ruler, no-one will dare to over-throw them, especially in this case. There are only a few ways in which ti overthrow a dictator... 1 - inate him or 2 - Cut off his resources. The whole of Animal Farm is really based on the Russian revolution, when the whole of the tsar Nikolas family was executed, except his daughter, Annistasia who is said to have escaped into the mountains. In short, if Napoleon educates the young to his own liking, he'll have a long-standing loyal band of followers to keep him in power, instead of trying persuade the older animals to join his forces (who are already partly in opposition to some of his ideas) why not create a younger, stronger army who won't dare run against him and will definately keep him high, mighty and in power?
