As a Christian, to what extent (if any) do you qualify your Christianity?

Basically you can call yourself a Christian (note the word Christ in Christian) if you believe that Jesus Christ is God. Besides that, many people take and leave what they want from the Bible. That's why there are so many different Christian denominations. Different denominations believe in different things.
