Datin question?

First off I met this girl on aim when i was talking to my friend(s) who are friends with her. We hit it off real well and we talked on aim for a long time everyday, then we started talking on myspace everyday frequently, then I found out that she works near my house so I started visiting her once a week. We are both 17 by the way and I started talking to her on november 2nd. Anyways on my last visit to see her which was last week Sunday we talked for an hour and then I had to go, but I asked for a hug and she smile and gave me one. I reaaaallly like her and to some extent want to kiss her, but I do not know how she will react. Should I just go in for the kiss? Ask if I can kiss her? Or just wait?
