Does my guy friend like me?

I am a guy. My friend is a guy. He is constantly saying -type things towards me, and trying to p them off as jokes. He tells me he cares about me on a regular basis, and always smiles at me and stares at me. When I hang out with my other guy friends, he gets jealous and pissy. Does he like me as more then a friend?
