The purpose of this notice is to inform the tax payers identified above (me) that the state Revenue commissioner has applies the taxpayers credits as shown under credit accounts against the taxpayers liabilities as shown under the liability's accounts. Please note that this offset does not affect anty other credits and liability's. On the left it stated the tax type is a FIFA
