I looking for a good book to read...any suggestions?

I have read James Patterson, Tess Gerritsen, Preston & Childs, Lisa Jackson. I have read the Harry Potter series. I enjoy thrillers, mystery and horror. Can you suggest any good books? I am having a hard time finding anything that I seem to be interested in. Any thoughts??
