Is it hard to move to England from Canada?

I just want to be in England. I don't know why, I have a feeling that I would love it there. Is it hard to emigrate there? Right now, I'm a bit bummed out. My friend wants to move to London, but I know that we probably couldn't afford that. I willing to go almost anywhere, as long as the people are good people, you know? I know people from England, who have moved here and they seemed to have no trouble. I'm in need of advice, hopefully helpful and not deteriorating, I really have my heart set on this.
