That actually sounds like a perfect diet. I'd just suggest to try to mix up your exercises a little. I'd say probably 20 minutes of walking, then 20 minutes of running and alternate until you get sick of that. If you have an elliptical bike then that is awesome for cardio too. I know this sounds super lame and 90's but roller blades are really good for burning calories. 30 minutes of rollerblading burns like 400 calories. No joke.
